Corporate Lawyer Role

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer with expertise in IT services and consulting. This role involves providing legal guidance on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters to ensure compliance and support business operations with risk-mitigated solutions.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and vendor agreements.
  • They will provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, employment, and regulatory matters, ensuring that the company remains compliant with data protection, IT laws, and international regulations.
  • This position requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM) from a recognized institution is essential.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably in IT services or consulting organizations.
  • Strong expertise in contract drafting and negotiation with international clients is required, as well as familiarity with data privacy, intellectual property, labor, and employment laws.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills are necessary to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
