Legal Consultant Job Description

As a Legal Consultant, you will play a vital role in drafting and reviewing legal documents to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality. Your expertise will be sought after by clients who require consistent and technically superior legal advice.

Duties:

  • Document Preparation: Prepare well-crafted contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions that cater to the unique needs of each client.
  • Client Representation: Represent clients in negotiations and provide expert counsel on dispute resolution strategies.
  • Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients through effective business development and retention strategies.
  • Dispute Resolution: Develop and implement strategies to avoid and manage disputes, ensuring the best possible outcome for clients.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze legal data to identify trends and insights that inform our approach to legal consulting.

Key Skills:

  • Graduate degree in Law (LLB, LLM, BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, BCom.LLB, CS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
