Job Title: Data Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned data engineering specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying secure database solutions on Cloud and On-Prem platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, install, tune, deploy, secure, migrate, and upgrade DBMS installations with minimal downtime.
  • Maintain high-performance databases, ensure backend data accessibility for end-users, and resolve database issues promptly.
  • Migrate databases across Cloud and On-Prem platforms, providing guidance and support to developers throughout the process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of database programming languages (MSSQL/PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience in developing migration plans.
  • Understanding of database concepts – ACID properties, normal forms, DDL/DML, transaction logging, log shipping, Mirroring, High-Availability etc.
  • Proficient in working with relational and dimensional data modelling, as well as database cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
