Legal Agreement Manager

The ideal candidate will ensure legal compliance and align agreements with business goals to mitigate risk.
- Draft, review, and negotiate diverse contracts such as vendor agreements, service contracts, employment contracts, NDAs, licensing and partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align contractual terms with company strategies and policies.
- Analyze contract terms to identify legal or business risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and internal standards.
- Maintain a central repository of contract documentation and metadata for easy retrieval and tracking.
- Monitor the contract lifecycle managing renewals, amendments, expirations, and flag deadlines proactively.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on contract policies, best practices, and risk areas.
- Support in resolving contract disputes, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB/LLM) or Business Administration.
- 2+ years of experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation preferably in-house legal or corporate settings.
- Strong command of contract law and risk assessment.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with contract management systems is a plus.
- Certifications like CPCM add significant value.
- Valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction may be required.
