Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to draft and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents ensuring the company's interests are safeguarded. This includes:

  • Drafting and reviewing business agreements, lease deeds, and other contractual documents.
  • Protecting and defending trade marks and intellectual property rights.
  • Handling consumer complaints and representing the company in judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
  • Managing litigation and court proceedings related to the company's daily operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates must possess:

  • A recognized law degree from a reputable college, obtained through a regular stream (5 years) or a 3-year BL/LLB program with graduation.
  • At least 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in a medium/large organization or law firm.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout South India to cover retail stores.
