Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation Expert to join our team. This is a full-time position in Pune, with a hybrid schedule that includes 3 days of work-from-office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent software development skills and DevOps or automation experience within a medium to large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining core infrastructure automation components using software engineering principles and methodology.
  • Developing automation for different infrastructure technologies and services (Network, Storage, Middleware, Database etc.) using automation tools and technologies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • Continuously improving automation processes and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new team members and providing training as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in automation development.
  • 5+ years of experience with Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Python, Shell Scripts, etc., as the automation tool.
  • ITSM process experience utilizing ticketing tools like Remedy or Service-Now.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supporting BFSI organizations or clients.
