Job Description

We are seeking a finance professional to play a critical role in shaping the future of work by driving digital innovation and scaling advanced technology solutions. Key responsibilities include preparation and posting of month end Standard and ad-hoc journals, performing balance sheet account reconciliations, following up on open items and clearing, daily bank reconciliations and clearing, GL close, Sub-system close, GL interface activities, preparing monthly closing calendar and providing status of activities.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree or PG in Finance - B.com/M.Com required.
  • Proven experience in Captive/Outsourcing Record To Report Operations preferred.
  • SAP ERP experience mandatory.
  • Workday ERP experience an added advantage.
  • Reconciliation Tool Knowledge like Blackline advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

As a Process Developer, you will be working closely with other accounting teams, global process owners, and shared service centres to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be proactive, and have excellent teamwork and communication skills.
