
HR and Administrative Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR & Admin professional to join our organization.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, managing day-to-day HR functions and administrative operations. As a detail-oriented individual, you'll oversee recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and maintain accurate records of employee information.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment Management: Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Employee Onboarding: Ensure seamless transition of new hires into our team.
- Record Management: Update and maintain employee records, including contact information and performance reviews.
- HR Policy and Benefits: Handle employee queries related to company policies and benefits.
- Employee Engagement: Organize activities to foster teamwork and morale.
- Leave and Attendance: Manage leave requests and track attendance records.
- Office Operations: Oversee general office maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
- 0-1 year experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
