Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for optimizing HR processes? We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders to analyze and document existing HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of current HR processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Documentation: Create accurate and comprehensive documentation of HR processes, including functional and technical specifications.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with members of the project team, business leaders, and technology stakeholders to understand business problems and current processes.
  • Requirements Analysis: Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to develop technical specifications that meet functional requirements.
  • Implementation: Partner with IT to implement solutions that improve HR processes and meet stakeholder expectations.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in business analysis and program management.
  • Skills: Proven ability to lead and deliver large strategic initiatives, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and other business workflow tools.
