You will work closely with Campaign Managers/Product to resolve queries and translate communication requirements into technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and execute complex rules using Adobe Campaign, including Java scripting
* Monitor existing communications and troubleshoot campaign and technical issues
* Modify existing communications as needed and create standard delivery reports and ad-hoc reports using available tools
* Analyze key campaign performance metrics and recommend optimizations for campaign design
