Job Description

The role involves collaborating with a full-time Principal Statistical Programmer based in India.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the reference point in India, recruiting, training, and organizing the team.
  • Providing SAS programming support for SDTM and ADaM datasets and tables and listings.
  • Supporting the creation or validation of SDTM, ADaM Specification, and annotated CRF based on CDISC standards.
  • Skilfully applying SAS programming for Data Manipulation and Statistical Analysis.
  • Adequately possessing knowledge about other programming languages, such as R, Python.

Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company standard operating procedures.

Preparing and maintaining documentation of statistical programs and processes.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and proactively informing project leads/managers about study-related issues and delivery issues.

Actively participating in training programs to enhance technical and functional skills.

Staying informed about industry trends, programming techniques, and regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, or an equivalent degree in Computer Science or Life Science.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in statistical programming with proficiency in SAS programming and good understanding of SDTM.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a manager or team leader.

This position offers a competitive salary of approximately ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
