  • Foster a culture that prioritizes excellent guest experiences.

Guest Experience:

  • Promote superior guest experiences through high service standards.
  • Tackle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Analyze guest reviews and implement improvement plans accordingly.

Vendor & Inventory Management:

  • Coordinate with vendors for supplies, services, and maintenance support.
  • Oversee inventory of linens, toiletries, amenities, and operational supplies.
  • Ensure timely payment and maintain healthy vendor relationships.

Reporting & Financial Oversight:

  • Generate regular reports on occupancy, operations, expenses, and feedback.
  • Monitor petty cash and budget allocations.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team to submit bills and expense details on time.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Attend virtual team meetings with headquarters and report updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, reservations, and management teams for promotions, events, and bookings.
  • Execute decisions made during strategic meetings.
