Responsibilities

  • Leverage 15+ years of experience in implementing enterprise PLM solutions and 3-5 years of specific expertise on Oracle PLM Cloud to deliver successful projects.
  • Drive full-cycle implementations of Oracle PLM Cloud for Product Development (PD), Product Data Hub (PDH), and Quality Management (NPI) with a strong understanding of global R&D and engineering requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop business processes, and facilitate data migration from legacy systems to Oracle PLM Cloud.
  • Maintain excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication to ensure seamless collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide multi-country and multi-business unit support to clients, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise PLM implementation with 3-5 years of Oracle PLM Cloud expertise.
  • Minimum 2 full-cycle implementation experiences on Oracle PLM Cloud – PD, PDH, and NPI.
  • Certification from Oracle University on Oracle PLM Cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills to drive projects to successful completion.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary range for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
