Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of software systems, encompassing both frontend (UI/UX, client-side) and backend (APIs, microservices, infrastructure) utilizing agile methodologies.
  • Oversee code reviews, testing, deployment, and monitoring to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues from frontend rendering bugs to backend outages; conduct thorough root cause analysis and document incident reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize roadmaps, manage backlogs, and address technical debt.
  • Estimate effort, set timelines, and communicate transparently about risks and delays.
  • Hire, mentor, and grow top engineering talent to enhance operational excellence.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with expertise in backend development.
  • 1+ year of experience managing technical teams across frontend, backend, or full-stack domains.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment practices.
