Role Overview

This is a highly rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. As a Java Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to learners on Core Java, Advanced Java, and related frameworks.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct live classes to train learners on Core Java, Advanced Java, and Frameworks.
  • Facilitate and support learners' progress to deliver personalized blended learning experiences and achieve desired skill outcomes.
  • Evaluate and grade learners' Project Reports, Project Presentations, and other documents.
  • Mentor learners during support, project, and assessment sessions.
  • Develop, validate, and implement learning content, curriculum, and training programs whenever applicable.
  • Liaise and support respective teams with schedule planning, learner progress, academic evaluation, learning management, etc.
Technical Requirements
  • You must be proficient in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, CSS3, Ajax, Angular, React JS, REST.
  • Experience in Struts 2.0/Spring 5.0 frameworks and above.
  • Knowledge of Liferay, Omnicom is advantageous.
  • A strong expertise on Java technology stack (Core Java, Advance Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, Struts, Webservices).
  • A good knowledge of Database (SQL).
