Senior Manufacturing Engineer Role

We are seeking an accomplished Manufacturing Engineering Specialist with a strong focus on developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with cross-functional teams to drive product development, ensure quality and reliability, and optimize production efficiency.

This role requires strong knowledge of design for manufacturability (DFM), process validation, and statistical analysis tools. Additionally, the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, R&D, and production teams is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design intent into robust manufacturing processes.
  • Liaise with suppliers to support the development, qualification, and industrialization of externally manufactured components.
  • Lead process capability studies and manufacturing readiness reviews during the development of new products.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 5–15 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role with a strong focus on process development, product introduction, and supply chain management.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of DFM, process validation, GD&T, and statistical analysis tools. Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, FAIR, SPC, and root cause analysis techniques (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa).
