We are seeking experienced professionals to support our team in creating a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is a part-time consulting assignment ideal for experts with strong domain and solution knowledge who can guide RFP structuring, requirement articulation, and vendor evaluation criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze business needs specific to manufacturing processes.
  • Provide domain and product expertise in Infor or Epicor Manufacturing ERP systems to shape the RFP scope.
  • Assist in drafting functional and technical requirements for ERP implementation.
  • Define vendor evaluation parameters and scoring frameworks aligned to best practices.
  • Review and validate RFP content to ensure completeness, accuracy, and clarity.
  • Offer insights on implementation approaches, licensing models, and cost structures relevant to Infor/Epicor.
  • Support ad-hoc consultations during the RFP drafting and vendor shortlisting phases.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor Manufacturing or Epicor ERP.
  • Proven track record in ERP consulting, presales, or solution design.
  • Experience in RFP creation, proposal review, or vendor selection processes.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing industry processes, including production planning, supply chain, inventory, and shop floor control.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
