Financial Collector

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely debt collection from customers.

• Develop effective strategies to recover outstanding debts.
• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and determine necessary actions.
• Negotiate payment plans with customers and resolve disputes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of recovery activities.
• Analyze delinquent accounts and prepare reports on overall collections.
• Implement policies to minimize late payments.
• Collaborate with external agencies as needed.

• CA/CS certification.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in debt management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, particularly as they relate to accounts receivable and collections.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset to assess data and develop effective strategies.
• Familiarity with recovery software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle challenging situations.
