Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Management: Manage insurance policies and claims for the organization, ensuring timely and accurate processing of policyholder inquiries and complaints.
  • Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement insurance strategies to mitigate risks, including conducting risk assessments and recommending mitigation measures to senior management.
  • Provider Collaboration: Collaborate with insurance providers to negotiate terms and coverage, ensuring optimal pricing and service levels for the organization.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze insurance performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on insurance policies and procedures, ensuring that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in managing insurance-related activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on insurance activities and outcomes to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or risk management.
  • Insurance Expertise: Proven expertise in insurance policies, claims, and risk management.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CPCU or ARM, may be required.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication and language skills, with proficiency in English.
