Fragrance Innovator

We are seeking a skilled Perfumer to drive fragrance innovation for personal care, home care, and beauty products.

This role involves developing unique fragrances that set our products apart, evaluating fragrance submissions, leveraging GC-MS analysis, sensory testing, and consumer insights to optimize performance, collaborating with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams for seamless product integration, and staying ahead of market trends, sustainability goals, and regulatory standards.

• Experience in fragrance creation, raw materials, and molecular interactions is required.
• A creative thinker with analytical skills and the ability to lead multiple projects is essential.
• Passion for innovation, sustainability, and mentorship is also necessary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving fragrance innovation, evaluating fragrance submissions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
