As a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) training expert, you will play a pivotal role in empowering professionals with the skills and knowledge required to excel in this field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training programs encompassing various NDT methods, including Visual Testing (VT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Eddy Current Testing (ET), Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT), Time-of-Flight Diffraction (TOFD).
  • Develop, update, and maintain accurate and engaging learning materials, course content, and practical exercises that cater to diverse learner needs.
  • Conduct interactive classroom sessions and provide hands-on training with NDT equipment and tools, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Evaluate and assess trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and prepare students for certification exams, ensuring they meet industry standards.
  • Maintain, calibrate, and manage NDT equipment, as well as training specimens and test samples, guaranteeing optimal performance and safety.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on advancements in NDT technology and industry standards, applying new insights to improve training delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to mentor and guide trainees, delivering high-quality training and staying current with industry developments.
