NDT Training Specialist

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role where you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering training programs in various NDT methods, including VT, PT, MT, UT, RT, ET, PAUT, TOFD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and maintain accurate learning materials, course content, and practical exercises.
  • Conduct classroom sessions and provide hands-on training with NDT equipment and tools.
  • Evaluate and assess trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and prepare students for certification exams.
  • Maintain, calibrate, and manage NDT equipment, as well as training specimens and test samples.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on advancements in NDT technology and industry standards.
  • Work with internal specialists, examiners, and external stakeholders to improve training quality and maintain professional standards.
  • Mentor and guide trainees and other NDT personnel, providing technical advice and support.

Requirements:

  • Level II / Level III Certification in relevant NDT methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
