**Job Opportunity: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer**

The company is seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the QA team, you will be responsible for designing and developing testing strategies and frameworks that ensure the highest quality of software solutions.

  • Design and develop testing strategies and frameworks, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases.
  • Work with Product Owners and development teams to create acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain test automation capabilities for all test levels and types, including automated, regression, exploratory, and more.
  • Create and optimize test frameworks, integrating them into deployment pipelines to ensure seamless testing.
  • Participate in code reviews to guarantee comprehensive test coverage and high-quality code.
  • Monitor test runs, application errors, and performance, ensuring timely detection and resolution of issues.
  • Share best practices and promote a quality-focused mindset across the project.
  • Lead the team towards continuous improvement and best testing practices, influencing strategy and promoting quality standards.

**Requirements:**

  • 6+ years of experience in software testing, manual and automated.
  • Strong experience in different testing practices, specifically integrated within CI/CD.
  • Knowledge of UI testing, REST protocol, microservice architecture, and mobile QA Engineering requirements.
  • Proficiency in Java/Kotlin, Swift, and their usage under a CI/CD pipeline.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, engaged in Scrum.
  • Able to effectively communicate in English.
