Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day finance operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, accounts, and reports.

  • Manage monthly MIS reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and budget versus actuals, providing timely insights to leadership.
  • Maintain up-to-date bookkeeping, compliance, and documentation in line with statutory regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational needs.

Key qualifications include 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing, ideally within a fast-growing or dynamic environment.

A strong collaborator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, is essential for presenting complex financial information to investors, auditors, and internal teams.
