  • Oversee daily operations of the finance & accounting department, including cash receipts & payments, revenue recognition & accounting, general ledger, payroll & utilities, expense planning and management, budget preparation & variance analysis, assets reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Treasury operations, including weekends.
  • Establish and enforce proper expense policies and principles.
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits.
  • Maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years' experience as accounting manager, accounting supervisor, controller or treasury manager
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
  • Education: MBA Finance, BBA Finance
  • Ability to manage relationships internally (with key stakeholders) and externally (bankers, auditors)
  • Willingness to work in an early-stage company
  • Financial services / payments industry background preferred
  • Must be an owner & entrepreneur in the highest degree in the deployment of resources
