  • Our organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Delivery Manager to lead teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of technology solutions and products to clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving continuous improvement.">
  • The Senior Delivery Manager will oversee and manage service delivery to meet contractual and SLA commitments. They will ensure contract compliance and adherence, review and drive actions on internal and external audit findings, monitor and review project performance to ensure quality delivery within budget and timelines.">
  • They will lead delivery teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics, ensure project performance parameters stay green for all accounts, and monitor and review delivery dashboards to track progress and identify potential issues.">
  • Additionally, they will participate in sharing account performance with stakeholders and senior leadership, manage and resolve complex project escalations and technical or operational issues, act as an advisor to service line managers to meet schedules or resolve problems.">
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for Resource Allocation & Retention, including effective transition from client, review resource planning and fulfillment, plan training batches, and offer relevant trainings and certifications.">
  • They will also focus on Process Excellence, partnering with black belt to get feedback on account performance, prioritize and drive initiatives for continuous improvement, and present business cases to clients.">
