We are seeking an experienced automation professional to fill a key role in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and automation, with expertise in Python and experience working with SOAP and REST services.

This individual will be responsible for designing and developing automation solutions that meet organizational standards, creating tools and frameworks to simplify testing scenarios, and working closely with development teams to deliver business functionality on time.

This role requires a strong understanding of QA and testing methodologies, best practices, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automation/performance solutions
  • Select and identify areas/test cases for automation
  • Create tools and frameworks with quality code
  • Design and develop test plans and test cases
  • Execute test cases and analyze and report test results
  • Work with development teams to deliver business functionality
  • Act as a test lead and plan the work of other testing staff
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience as an Automation QA Tester
  • Excellent understanding of QA and testing methodologies, best practices
  • Strong knowledge of Python for test automation
  • Experience working with SOAP and REST services
  • Experience creating and maintaining automation frameworks
  • Experience using SQL to query databases
  • Exposure to distributed source control systems such as Git
  • Experience with test data management techniques
  • Experience with change management and defect tracking tools
  • Strong English proficiency level (B2)
  • Bachelor's degree in technology related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with test automation tools
  • Knowledge of SOA architecture
  • Experience with CI/CD processes and continuous testing methodologies
