Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Planning and Analysis Associate to support our Finance team in providing timely and comprehensive reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and budgeting processes. They will be responsible for preparing monthly management reports and schedules, providing insights and summaries to assist decision-making and planning processes, and collaborating with finance stakeholders daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly Management reports and schedules
  • Providing insights and summaries to assist decision-making and planning processes
  • Collection, data hygiene/clean-up, mapping, and presentation of large datasets
  • Scrutinizing Actual Financial data for General Ledger (GL), Cost Centre (CC) & Fund usage
  • Updating budgets in SAP, monitoring variances, and addressing queries related to budgets
  • Assisting with Ad hoc accounting and reporting needs of the Finance department

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration (B.Com/BBA)
  • Desirable: Chartered Accountant (CA) Intermediate/Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) Intermediate/Master's in Business Administration (MBA) Finance
  • Interpersonal Skills, Good communication skills, Basic accounting knowledge, Advanced Excel Skills, Attention to Detail, Time Management, MS Office, AI Tools

Award:

  • 1-3 years Corporate Experience (Project or Management Training)
