Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our finance transformation initiatives. As an Accounting Transformation Lead, you will partner with portfolio company leadership to optimize their legacy accounting functions and drive strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert accounting support to buy-side clients, enhancing financial visibility and accuracy.
- Develop and implement tailored finance solutions for acquired entities, streamlining operations and improving efficiency.
- Analyze and resolve complex accounting issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high-level accounting knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in public accounting or operational accounting, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting or finance, with a focus on transformational leadership.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Certification ideal, with expertise in purchase/transaction accounting.
- Highly analytical and forward-thinking, with excellent communication and project management skills.
