Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are seeking a professional to join our team at Marriott Hotels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through various services and interactions.

Your goal is to create a memorable and unique experience for each guest. This includes processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing local area highlights.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to create a safe work environment, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards. You will also need to ensure your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.

This role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and taking a hands-on approach to work, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through various services and interactions
  • Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local area highlights
  • Create a safe work environment, follow company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality
  • Protect company assets and uphold quality standards
  • Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Licenses or certifications not required
