Key responsibilities of the Team Lead include managing backend operations at our Bhopal center, ensuring smooth workflow, team efficiency, and operational accuracy while driving process improvements and aligning with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will lead and supervise the backend support team to ensure timely execution of operational tasks, monitor and review workloads, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and develop SOPs for backend operations.

This role requires tracking performance metrics, preparing operational reports, presenting insights to management, identifying process gaps, recommending automation or improvements for efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies, data security, and audit requirements.

The Team Lead will also train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence and act as the escalation point for complex backend issues.
