Job Description
  • Drive the overall performance, profitability, and growth of retail business by leading franchise operations, identifying new properties for store expansion, ensuring operational excellence, and building a high-performing retail team.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
  • Franchise & Store Expansion: Identify and evaluate potential properties/locations for new stores. Manage franchise operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards. Negotiate and finalize property lease agreements and franchise contracts.
  • Retail Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day retail operations across all stores. Implement operational policies, SOPs, and compliance standards. Monitor store performance, sales, and profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage regional/store managers and retail teams. Drive training and development programs to enhance performance. Foster a customer-centric culture across retail outlets.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. Develop and execute retail expansion strategies to maximize market share. Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Financial & Performance Management: Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability. Set performance benchmarks and regularly review KPIs. Prepare and present business performance reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in franchise management and property acquisition.
  • Proven ability in team handling, business expansion, and operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
