We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager who can help us achieve this vision by crafting user-centric fintech solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of India's financial landscape, as well as experience in building successful digital products. A background in technology is beneficial, but not required. An MBA is also viewed as an added asset.

This role sits at the intersection of Technology and Business, requiring the ability to navigate complex engineering challenges, collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders, and drive impactful results. The Product Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities, defining product/feature vision and strategy, and leading cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining product/feature vision and strategy
  • Leading cross-functional teams
  • Communicating product vision and goals to stakeholders
  • Managing end-to-end product launch and GTM
  • Building consensus among key stakeholders

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be comfortable engaging all levels of stakeholders, and be a strategic thinker with the ability to function in a results-driven environment.
