**Team Director Role Overview**

This senior leadership position involves overseeing daily operations within the organization. The Team Director will ensure effective communication with clients, quality review of work, team discipline, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate project status and progress to clients in a timely manner.
  • Review and maintain structured documentation of team outputs.
  • Track and consolidate daily work submissions from project leaders.
  • Develop and facilitate learning initiatives, including knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Conduct regular team huddles and meetings with senior management.
  • Guide team members to achieve performance benchmarks and maximize output.
  • Maintain professional conduct and discipline at client premises.
  • Present project observations to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Identify and develop potential leaders across different projects.
  • Implement a system for creating internal project backups to ensure smooth handovers.

  • Strong understanding of audit & assurance standards and processes.
  • Expertise in reviewing and analyzing audit work papers.
  • Knowledge of MIS reporting, compliance requirements, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
