Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial planning and analysis team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Coordinate the budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish annual budgets and monitor budget variances.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations, managing tax planning and compliance activities, and identifying and mitigating financial risks.
  • Cash Management: Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports, optimizing cash balances and investments to maximize returns.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks.
