Senior Financial Analyst: FS Sector

At our company, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in the Financial Due Diligence (FDD) group. This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end financial due diligence processes for transactions in the FS sector.

  • Financial Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis of clients and assess revenue quality, working capital, debt structures, and other key financial metrics.
  • Develop and implement financial models to evaluate deals and identify opportunities for growth and cost reduction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications like CPA, CA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) are highly desirable.
  • Experience:
  • 5–7 years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or corporate finance, preferably in the FS sector.
  • Strong background in financial analysis, accounting, and deal advisory.
