Turning complex data into actionable insights is key to success in our industry. We're seeking a skilled Data Solutions Analyst to join our team at Crum & Forster.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, SQL, and Snowflake, with experience in designing and developing data solutions, ETL processes, and high performing queries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
  • Conceptualizing and implementing ETL processes within Snowflake using Procedures, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, etc.
  • Supporting Data Analysts with building high performing queries to be used for reporting.

Additionally, the successful candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey data insights and collaborate with stakeholders.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of extensive work experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2, etc.).
  • Experience developing solutions (procedures, functions, views, ETL processes, etc.) using complex SQL concepts.
