Key Storage Role

We are seeking a skilled storage professional to join our team. In this capacity, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing storage solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement storage systems using advanced features like MetroCluster, FabricPool, and AQoS in ONTAP environments.
  • Develop expertise in storage protocols such as SAN (iSCSI, Fibre Channel) and NAS (NFS, CIFS/SMB).
  • Work with object store services and experience with NetApp's cloud and automation platforms.
  • Implement ITIL methodologies for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Use scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation tools like Ansible to streamline processes.
  • Manage storage within virtualized infrastructures, such as VMware.
  • Provide excellent customer-facing and communication skills for effective support and client interaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of storage concepts and technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with ONTAP, storage protocols, and object store services.
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and scripting languages.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
