Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to our partners and end-users.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing technical guidance to partners;
  • Offering robotic application support and consultation services to partners and internal teams;
  • Developing and translating technical training curricula and conducting workshops for partners and end-users;
  • Enhancing partners' and users' technical knowledge and competencies in robotics and automation systems;
  • Preparing and translating technical documentation;
  • Participating in customer visits;
  • Attending industry events and conferences;
  • Designing applications for trade shows and seminars.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering-related field;
  • Minimum three years of experience in the robotics or automation industry;
  • Experience in designing and integrating robotic applications;
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops;
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, or Lua;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A strong understanding of technical concepts and principles.
