About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned SAP GTS expert to support and upgrade SAP GTS 4 HANA. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition, requiring hands-on expertise in GTS, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in upgrading SAP GTS 4 HANA and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Provide ongoing support for live sites post-upgrade, resolving incidents and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate in workshops to prepare for the upgrade and address post-upgrade needs.
  • Support end-to-end testing activities, including test preparation, execution, and validation.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including roles, reports, and training materials.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, team leads, and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SAP GTS consultant (experience with SAP GTS 4 HANA highly valued).
  • Strong understanding of incident management, troubleshooting, and testing processes.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, international teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
