We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering world-class solutions to complex process-related challenges.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support for industrial filtration products and processes, ensuring compliance with performance requirements, quality standards, cost targets, and project timelines.
  • Acquire and deepen your knowledge of technical parameters related to pressure vessels and filtration systems.
  • Design and size filters to meet specific application requirements.
  • Utilize ASME calculations (preferred) to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, providing technical expertise for customer engagements and solution development.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations in response to customer inquiries and sales team requests.
  • Oversee the successful implementation and execution of after-sales service initiatives, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of Gopani Product systems across diverse sectors.
  • Provide comprehensive product and application training to internal sales teams, occasionally accompanying them on customer visits to facilitate technical discussions.

You'll Thrive in This Role if:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
