Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Servicing Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert support in loan servicing, including processing funding requests, payments, and rollover, as well as ensuring accurate nostro reconciliation and interest and fee calculations.

As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure daily targets are met, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities
  • Loan Servicing: Process funding requests, payments, and rollover, and ensure accurate nostro reconciliation and interest and fee calculations.
  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as finance or business administration.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in commercial lending, syndicated and bilateral loan processing.
  • Skills: Proficient in using various tools, such as Loan IQ, Flex-cube, XMC, and ACBS, with advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently investigate and analyze information and present conclusions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project management skills.
