  • Leadership & Team Management:

    • Set clear goals and expectations for the studio, aligning them with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Design Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and champion a workplace strategy that incorporates current trends and forward-thinking ideas.
    • Conceptualize and execute cutting-edge design solutions for co-working spaces and bespoke client projects.
    • Demonstrate expertise in space planning to optimize functionality and user experience.
    • Promote excellent design standards across the team, adhering to brand guidelines and client requirements.
  • Project & Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee multiple projects from client briefing to on-site execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
    • Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and material selections.
    • Streamline design processes and workflows to enhance studio productivity and output quality.
  • Stakeholder & Client Management:
    • Serve as the primary design point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients.
    • Present design concepts, strategies, and project updates to senior leadership and clients.
    • Establish strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Contribute to business development pitches and proposals, providing design expertise and strategic insights.
