Senior Frontend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of responsive, high-performance web applications using React, Redux, and other modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Develop and maintain large-scale web applications with complex data interactions.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • - Architect and build scalable, reusable, and maintainable UI components.
  • - Work closely with backend teams to integrate and optimize Camunda-based workflows and Java platform services into the UI layer.
  • - Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
  • - Contribute to performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting to deliver a smooth user experience.

About You:

  • Requirements:
  • - 10+ years of experience in UI development with a focus on JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tools and technologies.
  • - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tools and technologies.
  • - Experience building and maintaining large-scale web applications and user portals with complex data interactions.
  • - In-depth knowledge of React and Redux, along with strong UI component design and state management skills.
  • - Experience working with Camunda or similar workflow engines, including integrating business process management BPM systems into web applications.
  • - Familiarity with Java-based platforms and backend integration, including REST APIs and web services.
  • - Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and version control (Git).
  • - Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, and experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and performance optimization tools.
  • - Ability to lead a team, provide mentorship, and drive technical direction.
