Job Title: User Interface Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled User Interface Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct research to gather insights into user needs and preferences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and user interactions.
  • Design user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design principles.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
