Human Resource Digitization Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled HR professional to lead the digitization of our human resources operations and implement a robust HR management system. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the integration, implementation, and adoption of our HRMS from integration to go-live, along with capability building and user training for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for implementing our HRMS, including system integration, user training, and change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of the project.
  • Design and implement efficient workflows and processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our HR operations.

Change Management & Employee Training:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for HRMS adoption across employee levels, focusing on digital literacy and self-service capabilities.
  • Act as a champion for HRMS adoption, promoting a digital-first culture and encouraging employee engagement and participation.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during the transition period, ensuring seamless adoption of the new system.

HR Operations & Analytics:

  • Oversee the execution of HR operations, including attendance tracking, payroll interface, leave management, and employee lifecycle management, through our digital platforms.
  • Analyze HR dashboards and MIS reports to inform business decisions and optimize HR processes.
  • Partner with business teams to continuously enhance our digital HR solutions and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and business units to understand HR needs and align HRMS solutions accordingly.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for all digitization and automation initiatives, providing expertise and guidance to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Human Resources or related field, preferably with an MBA.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, with a proven track record in HR digitization and HRMS implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, attendance, talent management, and performance management.
