Job Role: Business Development Executive

The Fortune Finance is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

About the Job:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion for The Fortune Finance. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert leads into customers through proactive outreach and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insightful solutions to address their needs effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Foster strong connections with new and existing clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and negotiate terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2C sales, preferably within the stock market or financial services industry.
  • Freshers also welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of stock market concepts, investment products, and financial instruments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of 15,000 to 20,000 + incentives (includes PF and ESI), based on performance in interview. For experienced candidates, salary will be determined based on performance in interview.

Additional benefits include unlimited incentives + cash backs, ongoing training and professional development opportunities, and the chance to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment within the stock market industry.

Working hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with 1st & 2nd Saturdays off every month. Sundays are fixed off.
