Real Estate Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Solutions Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and harmonizing real estate processes across the organization. This includes conducting an as-is and to-be analysis of the entire process, from master data handling to invoicing and steering model.

The specialist should have experience in working with RE-FX module in SAP S/4 and possess a large knowledge base on SAP Best Practice for SAP RE-FX in S/4 including Fiori.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and provide recommendations for future RE solution architecture in SAP S/4
  • Contribute to RE-FX system configuration, fit-gap analysis, documentation, testing, training, go-live, and knowledge sharing to relevant IT resources
  • Have knowledge on cost controlling in RE-FX module in SAP
  • Understand SAP FI-CO and have a large knowledge base and insight to how SAP RE-FX module is integrated with SAP FI-CO in SAP S/4
  • Have knowledge of IFRS16 requirements for leasing contract valuations and its implementation within SAP RE-FX

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate and expertise in working with RE-FX module in SAP S/4. Additionally, they should have a large knowledge base on SAP Best Practice for SAP RE-FX in S/4 including Fiori.
