Key Account Technical Specialist

We are seeking an expert in technical sales to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will provide pre-sales support to customers through participation in sales meetings, presentations, and custom technical design work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for assigned accounts and domains
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and evaluate customer needs and use cases aligned to our growth strategy
  • Work closely with clients and our sales team to obtain technical priorities, challenges, and initiatives that can be translated into new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in enterprise data center environments and at least 5 years in technical sales or sales engineering
  • Strong understanding of modern data center infrastructure components, including rack storage, compute, OS virtualization, containers, storage networking, disaster recovery, and cloud services
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and deliver effective presentations, competitive objection handling, and manage proof-of-concept solution demos
  • Confidence in delivering presentations in one-to-one and group settings is essential

This position requires a deep understanding of data center infrastructure, including knowledge of solution stack sizing best practices, architecture, and industry-specific use case positioning. Experience with OEM BOM/BOQ configuration tools and creating solutions BOM/BOQ is also desirable.
