Job Summary

As a seasoned expert in AVEVA solutions, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Principal Consultant. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth through AVEVA by identifying and qualifying leads, developing and delivering demonstrations, and engaging with prospects to understand their specific needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through AVEVA by qualifying leads and working closely with the sales team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with our strategic objectives.
  • Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations that showcase the value of our solutions, working collaboratively with the development team to create effective demo applications.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their specific needs and challenges, using your technical expertise to develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Conduct value consulting workshops and proofs of value with partners and customers, highlighting the benefits of our solutions and how they can drive business success.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners, working closely with them to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in solution selling, business development, and/or customer value creation.
  • A proven track record of success in driving sales growth through AVEVA, with a deep understanding of the AVEVA PI/Aveva OSIsoft PI ecosystem.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex customer needs and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple commitments simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and customer support.
